Symptoms of enlarged aorta

If a person has an enlarged aorta has it ever been known to affect eyesight?

If there is a proximal aneurysm in the aorta, it is conceivable that there may be a clot that could ascend up the carotid and cause symptoms.  Alternatively, if there is also atrial fibrillation, a clot could also ascend to the carotid in a similar fashion.  Technically speaking, however, this would be very unlikely.  You should consider seeing a specialist to have this looked into.
