I have heart palpitationsHeart palpitations a lot though not that I remember during an episode. I have profuse sweatingSweating Sweating - absent, turn white as a ghost, and everything goes black or in the last time white. The first episode happened while I was on the toilet and I fell forward, knocking out two teeth, breaking my glasses, bruising my nose and eye, and I looked like I had been in a wreck. Now I am scared of everything. I am afraid if I get sick I will pass out (happened twice). I am afraid if I get hurt, I will pass out.(happened once), or if I am too stressed. My oldest daughter (15) has been with me every time it has happened and my youngest (12) has been with me twice. I have had to go to the hospital by ambulance three times and once by car. My kids are a wreck, I am a wreck ( I feel like I am going to die each time. I lose all control. All this has happened during a time when my medical doctor quit the practice I have been a patient where I saw her, took a three month break and just opened her own practice where I have an appt. April 1st. Twice the ER doctors said they thought I was having a vegal episode and this last Dr. is the one that suggested I see a specialist. The one she refered me to in Birmingham Alabama is not seeing any new patients. My question is, do you know of any good specialists in
the Birmingham area?
