Systolic Heart Murmur and high level of UTI infection

I am 39 year old female Last week i had been to my Primary care physician for a UTI and i was diagonised with a loud systolic murmur. I had  a very high level of infection. I was given livaquin antibiotic for 7 days. Also, i had a echo and chest xray  done at the ER which says everything is normal.

After completing the antibiotic i still have a little urge for urinating do I still have UTI ?
Is my loud systolic murmur due to high level of infection ? Is anything wrong seriously with me ?

what are my next steps to make sure i am going in the right direction to identify the problem. I have 2 small kids which are 4ys and 2 yrs of age. All this makes me tense. Thanks for taking time to answer my question.

It sounds like the murmur was a flow murmur, probably related to the infection and based on a normal echo is not a sign of any cardiac abnormality. Because you are still having symptoms, it is possible that the bacteria or whatever other organism that caused the infection may be resistant to the abx that you are on.  You should therefore, have a urinary culture with sensitivities submitted to make sure that the right type of antibiotic is selected by your PCP.
