Do you use Tec at Cleveland and what success? To use tis Extraction Atherectomy do you have to be able to first penetrate the occlusion?( my problem is getting the the lead guide wire though a 4cm RCA occlusion) Who uses TEC most at Cleveland? In Calif? What is the manufact's web site?
