THANK YOU TO THE DOCTORS!!!

Last week, Med Help International sent out messages to individuals who have posted questions and received answers from the doctors in the Cleveland Clinic Heart Forum.  We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who responded.  Your opinions and ideas are very helpful to all of us!  It is also wonderful for the doctors who are working so hard to support this forum, know that their work is appreciated.
Following are the responses we have received:
I consider the Cleveland Clinic to be the finest cardiac care facility in the world.  So, I was extremely pleased to have the opportunity to pose my question to the cardiology specialists at the clinic.
The response I received was at least somewhat helpful.  I have a very specific cardiac problem without many good treatment options and I really didn't expect any new treatment options to be presented to me as a response to my posting.  I am, however, going to take the advice I received and try to get a referral to the clinic's lipid clinic from my cardiologist.
Thanks for your interest and for hosting this valuable forum :- )

Personally, I appreciate the fact that I can ask a question and receive an answer should some concern arise.
I am fortunate in that my doctors are very open to questions and concerns and we work together in deciding what is best for me.
Any additional input I might have is beneficial.

The reply that I received was both timely and complete.  I feel that a service like this is most beneficial.  I would think that your objective needs to be to expand the visibility of the service.  Perhaps Netscape and Microsoft could include your site as a standard bookmark.
Hope these suggestions are beneficial.

I visit the Cleveland Clinic Heart Forum regularly. I like the way in which it is organized and I found out you answer all questions promtly.
THe answer to my question was very clear and helpful.  You are doing a great job! Thank you for consulting me. Good luck.

I really appreciate a forum like this where I can be confident that the answers coming have credibility to them.  The cardiology usnet has too many people that don't know what they are talking about.  Part of the problem I'm dealing with is finding a solution to my medical problem. It isn't serious but annoying.  It is good to at least be able to get information so that when I go to the doctor I'm going somewhat informed so that I can ask the right questions.
Keep it up please!

Unfortunatelly, I could not get the information I was looking for.  However, Dr.'s advise was very polite and kind. Even I did not find the information I wanted, but, I really appreciate for your web sites to help people like me.  When your web sites is known much more in future, I assume a lot of people can get benefit from them.
Thank you.

I think that Med Help is doing the community a great service.  I have posted notes in all three forums.  I am glad there is a place that people can turn to get the answers they need.  As far as the Heart Forum goes, the doctors answer in a timely manor, but I guess I was looking more for what another person ( the one who had responded after the doctor) had to tell me.   Thank you for your service and keep up the good work!

You requested that I re-contact you after I posted a question to a doctor in the health forum.  Although the doctor could not answer my question, I appreciated the response.  I think this a wonderful forum and will utilize it again if I need any further information.
