TMT results interpretation

Hello!
Recently I underwent a routine 2D Doppler and TMT test with BRUCE procedre. The results are as below
(Quote)Max HR: 155bpm 101% of max predicted 153 bpm
Max BP 140/80, Max workload 7.10 METS
Max ST level -2.00 mm in II; EXERCISE STAGE 2  5:50
Conclusion: NO S3, NO CREPTS, NO NO MURMUR, NORMAL BP RESPONSE, NO SIGNIFICANT ARRHYTHMIAS, STRESS TEST IS POSITIVE(+++) FOR REVERSIBLE ISCHAEMIA.(Unquote)
I have no heart problem history and did not feel any dis-comfort during entire TMT procedure.There was no abnormality in 2D ECHO Test (Doppler)
My question is:
What are the chances of report being false +ive;
Should I go for angiography straight away or else  Will it be advisable to go for another TMT?
If I go for angiography is it advisable to go prepared for ballooning / stent at the same time or  it can be need based   two separate exercises.
Thanks,

Of course this is also my personal opinion, but I will not go for an angiography unless that you have symptoms.

What I will do is to go to the cardiologist and get a exhaustive blood test including: sCRP, Homocisteine, IL-6, Tumoral Factor, cholesterol etc. The first ones will give information on the level of inflammation in your arteries.

Of course, if you go for the angiography, try to do it in a place where they can do the ballooning, stent in the same intervention.
