Tachy cardia with Hypotension

i am a girl , I am a 20 years old , since approximately 4 months i started to have a hypotension with rate 80 over 55 usually , sometimes it goes into 70 over 40 mm Hg , I suffer from orthostatic hypotension always , my heart rate is often high over 100 per minute , and if it is normal rate it is strong so i feel it in my chest
these days i suffer from a severe headache and neck pain , i don;t know if it is from low blood pressure
should i worry from these symptoms ??? should i visit a doctor ???
is my condition really serious ???
