Your daughter has a congenital heart disease with many different variations.  I am not a pediatric cardiology specialist so my experience treating young children with uncorrected Tetralogy of Fallot (ToF) is very limited.  It is interesting that she is pink, which likely suggests a lack of crossing of blood from right side to the left (deoxygenated to oxygenated).  I take that to be a good sign.  However, without specific information about her exact heart defects, it would be difficult to predict when she would need surgery.

I am not a doctor, and I regret that the physician who normally answers questions here has not responded to you yet.

However, I would like to ask you a question myself:

What did the doctors who gave you this diagnosis for your child tell you about the condition?
