Thank you!  I really appreciate all your time in answering my questions.
As you can imagine, having to be sent for a right heart cath for PH after just having had a baby is a little overwhelming.   As is, trying to sort through all the test results we have had so far.  We are now being seen at the Cleveland CLinic by Dr Schilz, who  is very nice and have a right heart cath scheduled for May 3.  The technician (at the clinic) thought I did have some shunt-two way.  The person reviewing it though it was shunt or valve leak and have the entire echo redone because they were unsure.
The second time the tech still thought it was shunt but the final report showed valve leakaage (so I assume the person reviewing it went with that).  I think your suggestion of a congentital specialist and a trans-echo is wise-considering the disagreement on the echo and the seroius nature of PH.  I really appreciate your taking the time to answer my questions, it can be difficult to sort out who to see and where to go next.  The best of luck ot you in your own endeavors.  I am sure you help alot of people like me on this line.  thanks-Theresa
