Thatch..VT

Thatch..VT

I took Mg before, and stopped because it never did much..........now I am taking the Calcium and started with Mg again.  I did this because I have been having rather bothersome runs of VT and SVT while on the treadmill  , more since my tune up.  I have also had a stomach bug, so my lytes might be off.   Just wanted to say, I HAVE noticed a difference in just 3 days........yesterday I only had 2 runs in 1 hour, and only one to the point of slight dizziness. Thanks for the tip.  The trouble was before........I would have the VT, a short run of normal beats, long run of VT, short run of sinus, VT again.............then fine for 5 minutes, then the cycle again, with occassional SVT..............arrrgh.  Not that it matters, because my EF is normal now, but I don't want to fall and  break my cheek implants.  So thanks.... you did good....it's working. :)

I kind of over did it for a while with the cal/mag.......because I had some heart burn from acid tummy and it takes a lot of acid to process calcium. Anyway when I went from 2 333/183 mg caps to 4, maybe 5 after I while every morning I woke up with the green apple 2 step. It took a while but too high a magnesium level will give you trots. Took me a while to figure out just what was causing it. For myself 350 mg works great.

If there is a Vitamin Shoppe in your area get a bottle of colloidal minerals. The iron content is a bit high but that is stripped by Lasix just like everything else so you need some. However the colloidal made with humic shale is the most complete multi mineral that can be bought. I don't know of anything in a pill that comes close and since eons have passed since the plants that were growing that the shale was formed from most of these minerals will not be found in any other source. The deep ocean sourced minerals are very good but this is the best.

Above and beyond your heart beat is that long term use can cause a depression that is absolutly deep despair, which of course would be treated with something like Zoloft. The cause is being stripped of so many things that you just don't function correctly. I hope you and everone else taking diuretics can avoid this. At the very least you are now armed with information.
If you develope a great fatigue especially in the large muscles like your upper legs it probably is low iron. I felt whipped just from walking up a few stairs, thought about iron one day and in 3 days felt like I had a brand new pair of legs. Not eating red meat except on occasion can have draw backs if you are the all state champ in the pissing contest.

Thanks for the info..........I just had 2 runs of VT on the treadmill yesterday, but I did 90 minutes.......so that is good.  Regarding depression..............none yet.  In fact I am euphoric, and no, I am not in my manic phase.  2 years ago I suffered a gut wrenching depression, due to my husband's death.  6 months after, I had to put my beloved dog of 12 years to sleep............at that point I decided to be proactive, and use the endorphans from hard exercise to help myself....I quit smoking completely, for obvious reasons, and basically turned my head around.  Zoloft made me crazy.I took 2 pills and threw them away.  I know many on here take that.............I must have a different brain chemistry.........it keep me up, shaking ( to the point of hardly being able to get the toothpaste on the tooth brush) for 2 days.  ( I should be in a deep depression now, with the stock market and bond market crashing like it is.)  Forever optomistic.  LOL.

I am pretty good these days, but when it goes weeks without a sunny day I need a boost and I use L-Tyrosine or some other amino that is in the dopamine chain. L-Theonine is good for getting into a medatative state. Usually I just get stressed out from fighting the chronic pain of sciatica caused from an injury over 20 years ago, and am working on the biofeedback so as not to be stupid from pain meds.

Endorphans are the best high going. I was at the doctor (a real hands on healer) and to help me he kind of lit up my sciatic for 15 minutes or so. I felt great when I walked out but was so stoned  it reminded me of John Travolta driving his Malibu after shooting up heroin in the movie Pulp Fiction.

You have my heartfelt condolances about losing your life companions. My 4 legged buddy's name was Bogart. It was hard to do the right thing for him, but I was only feeling sorry for myself, which is OK too. Unconditional love is easy to get used to and hard to lose.
I am happy to be here now. I believe in chance of which I am one, even if my birth was a planned one.
