The Caffeine Factor

The Caffeine Factor

I am a 35-year old female and I drink about 4 or 5 cokes or glasses of tea per day and have done so for several  years.
After an infection 2 yrs. ago, I developed pvcs which stayed about 2 wks., then disappeared.  I attributed this to "caffeine withdrawal" because I had not had ANY caffeine during the week I had the flu preceding the pvcs.  Since that time, they have returned about 4 different times, again for about 1-2 wks, occurring all day long, and at times, every 4 or 5 beats.  Now,
I get them almost every day, with a few days with NONE, but they are not happening through the whole day like before.
They are worse if I don't consume my daily intake of caffeine, but I'm wondering could the caffeine be the culprit, as well as the cure?  If so, what do you recommend in terms of getting off of it safely without sending my heart into shock?
As far as I know, I have no other health or heart problems.
Just annoying pvcs, especially at night.
P.S. I have also noticed that anything that increases my resting heart rate helps me.  Any advice?

Exercise would probably be helpful. Caffeine tends to aggravate PVCs. If not having caffeine stresses you out,
