I am 22 year old male and Ive been experiencing tightness all the time in my rear left shoulder. Also there is a feeling of tightness or heaviness in the left side of my chest. It just a discomfort all day long and it wont stop bothering me. Also I have headaches everyday along with occasional tingling and loss of feeling in my left arm towards my hand. I never stop thinking about it and it always bothers me. Do you think it could be heart related? blood pressure is normal and i went in to the ER a while ago for chest pain, but they said everything was normal. It feels almost as if the left side of my body gets more blood than the right? any ideas??
You should definitely get this checked out though I doubt it is too much blood on one side and probably not heart related. The tightness may be a muscle spasm which and may be responsible of r a pinched nerve which causes the tingling. A good orthopedist
should be able to help.
