Tikosyn for Ventricular Fibrillation

by DottyCece, Apr 12, 2007 12:00AM
I would like to know if anyone takes tikosyn to prevent ventricular arrhythmias such as ventricular Fibrillation.  I have been given three options amiodarone, sotalol and tikosyn.  Amiodarone can have serious side effects especially long term.  Sotalol causes fatigue and in heart failure it may be a problem. So the one left is tikosyn but I am interested in patient experiences with that drug.
