Tingle sensation

I occasionally experience a tingling sensation in my hands and feet. Is this due to poor circulation and could this be a sign of heart disease?I am 41 years old, exercise on a regular basis and have low Cholesteral. Thank you.

Dear Gloria, I doubt this symptom that you mention is a sign of cardiac disease. The tingling doesn't sound like anything to worry about, but if the tingling does persist, then you should check with your own physician.
