Tingling in chest, right arm, hand

Thought I may have been having problems with ulnar nerve.  Started out with tingling in right arm, palm of hand, and 4th and 5th finger.  But, now feeling tingling traveling from center of chest to right shoulder and tingling in right arm, palm, and 3rd through 5th fingers.  Can ulnar nerve affect chest also.  My right shoulder has been frozen for some time (therapy did not help) and upper right back is tight and painful.

The ulnar nerve does not affect the nerves in your arm above the elbow in most cases. The normal issue is a ulnar nerve entrapment when the nerve is actuall pinched in the elbow. The numbness in your shoulder, arm and hand could be due to a nerve being pinched in your neck which is fairly common, but I don't think it would cause any issues with your chest, but I can't say for sure. Tingling and pressure in your chest and back should always be checked out by a doctor as it could be cardiac in nature. Get it checked out.

Good Luck,

Jon
