Tingling in right arm

by ralphfitz, Mar 25, 2008 10:53AM
Three months age I began to experience a numbness or tingling in my right arm. I have 20 to 30 episodes per day lasting 30 seconds to a minute. Always when I am upright never prone. I am able to abate the condition by stretching my right shoulder and/or exercising my right arm. There is a pain associated with the tingling that comes from the right shoulder in the back. I ahve had an MRI which did not show any disc / nerve problems. After reading the MRI my Dr. said everything looked fine, but if I still wanted help he would get me into a  therpy program. I do not have the time to attend a therpy program. Any suggestions as to what else I could / should do to gain some relief.
