Tired Heart

Hello,

I've been "diagnosed" with HBP a year ago, I'm 28, overweight but go to the Gym every 2-3 days and do a nice workout. But some days I feel like my heart is tired... I've had chest pains but were dismissed as coming from weight lifting. I've had EKG and all tests and they are all fine. I've even lowered my Cholesterol (from mid to low).

Normally, I start feeling bad at 4-5PM throughtout the day till going to bed... (unless I exercise)

Any idea?

Exercise helps cope with stress, and that may help you feel better.  You shouldn't assume chest pains are related to weight lifting, as that could be a symptom of a serious heart condtion.  You should get medical exam to be safe!
