Tiredness due to carvidilol

I have been taking same dose of carvidilol (2x12.5 mg daily) for last three years without major side effect. Recently I have noticed that I get tired halfway through my daily walking time. No SOB. Pulse post walk pulse had reduced as compared to earlier post walk rate.
I have also noticed that off late my resting pulse remains stable at 60-62 bpm, which is lowert from 65-75 bpm before that.

My BP remains at 110/70.

I was wondering if I need to reduce my carvidilol dose?
I had MI in 2007 and since have low ef 30-35%. Other meds are AEC-I aspirin/clopidogrel, digoxin, statin, aldectone.

Or could this be some other problem related to ef which could be worsening? What should I look for?

Thanks

EF. and BP. Those 2 where you have to look for an answer  in my opinion  30-35% is low enough to feel tired.
How many times they do ultrasound for you? Ones in a year?  I won’t let another cat be done on me, ultrasound is the best for me to tell EF.

If you take your BP at home write  down the numbers and take your note to your doctor. I used to take many times a day in questionable periods . Often  BP drops from carvidiol that is a good reason to feel tired,
you  might need an adjustment . On a  board I posted years ago  many people had problem of tiredness because of coreg (carvidiol).
My personal experience is good, but I was taking it only for few months then my EF went back to normal from 20%,after that I was switched to metoprolol.

Do you do everything  with your power to  get your EF higher?
Very low sodium intake, vitamins, CoQ10? Weight loss?  At least one nap a day?

Hope you will get your answer soon. It is not good to be tired.

My Best.

Thanks for the reply.
Can fatigue only, be a symptom for narrowed heat artery?
I thought I will have similar type of pain as at the time of MI, in case there is narrowing of artery. I had a neuclear stress test about three months back which was normal.
Is there any way my cardiologist can come to some conclusion without doing a cath?

I took Carvidilol for a number of year, same dose as you, and once I got used to the drug, I never noticed it was making me tired with exercise.  I did have trouble with fatigue when I started taking it.
I would talk to your Cardiologist about your symptoms.  Fatigue is certainly an indicator of a narrowed heart artery.
