Trace aortic and mild tricuspid regurgitation

Hi,
I have been having left sided and center chest pain for about a year know and lightheadedness for about three years. I have had a lot of tests including, EKG, blood work, lung scan, stress test, have seen two cardiologists and have had an echo. Every test was normal except for the echo which stated trace aortic regurgitation, mild tricuspid regurgitation and a left ventrical @5.4 which I understand to be slightly enlarged.
My question is, would this cause the chest pain I am having? I can exercise without chest pain most of the time and the pain usually comes at rest.
What type of pain do these conditions cause? (sharpe, dull, local or all over the chest)
If anyone can answer these questions it would be great. I am confused that the doctors say that this pain is not from the heart. When I look at the symptoms and fourms for these leaks they all relate to my problems.

Thanks in advance.
Brad

I too have trace aortic regurgitation, trace mitral and mild tricuspid regurgitation.   These are typically normal findings in population studies (Echos are so sensitive that they can pick up normal (trivial) backflow that occurs when a normal valve shuts).

Unless the echo shows a bicuspid aortic valve; you probably have nothing to worry about and shouldn't get any worse.
