There are many causes of a RBBB, some more sinister than others. RBBB is often benign and requires no intervention. If the RBBB causes lightheadedness or syncope, rarely a pacemaker can be implanted. However, there is no "cure" for RBBB per se. People typically don't notice it and it doesn't cause any significant symptoms. Please talk with your physician to see if you need further workup of the underlying etiology of your RBBB.
Best of luck.
