Treatment for calcified circumplex artery

Treatment for calcified circumplex artery

2 weeks ago My stress EKG showed 2mm ST depression in V4.  Follow up echo stress test 1 week ago showed normal wall function.  Yesterday's CTA has shown partially calcified plaque within mid circumplex artery which causes a less than 50% stenosis which is not haemodynamically significant.  From the circumplex 4 obtuse marginal branches are seen. CTA also reveals that I have a co-dominant coronary system, Left ventricular systolic function is normal.   There is no hemodynamically significant stenosis in left main, LAD, or RCA.

Could you advise what I need to do?

Thanks.
