Treatment for tenosis and diffuse deases

Hi,
I am 57 ear old female and my CT Angiogram revealed:
Calcium Score 215.9
Left Main artery: Show eccentric wall plaque/extension of aortic wall plaque causing 20-30% narrowing.
Left Anterior descending artery : A good type III artery. Proximally is eccentric non obstructive wall calcification. After S1 is 6mm long 80% stenosis due to non calcified plaque,
Distally in diffuse disease,
Rest of the report is normal

The calcium score is a calculation of the soft plaque that resides between the layers of the blood vessel.  The significance of high score is the risk of rupture of the soft plaque into the blood flow channel and cause a heart attack.  The score may represent degree of plaque in the left anterior artery

Left main artery with 20-30% narrowing with hard plaque is not considered significant asnd should not be any problem.  When the vessel is narrowed to 70% or higher, there could be chest pain and therapy would be necessary.

The non-calicified is soft plaque between the vessel lining.  The soft plaque has bulged but still remains between the lining, but the bulge has reduced the opening (stenosis) of the channel (lumen) to 80%.

Please let me know if stuntinting is required for the non calcified plaque in LAD or medicine treatment will work,

I dont have diabites or hypertension and my Lipid profile is normal,
