Two moderate leaking valves with symptoms

When it rains it pours. I have several issues going on in my health right now, seemingly unrelated. Yesterday I had an echo done and it revealed moderate leakage of the mitral valve and the tricuspid valve. I have a pacemaker but it doesn't seem to have any correlation. I have been having shortness of breath, fatigue and occassional dizziness, especially upon exertion or from sitting to standing. When sleeping on my stomach I wake up with a sharp pain in my chest sometimes, and wake up trying to catch my breath sometimes. I've had MVP since I was 6, a pacemaker since I was 19 and I'm now 40.  The pacemaker was implanted because of bradycardia and syncope; I actually flatlined in the hospital when i was 19. The pacemaker records lots of data and revealed several PVC's and runs of PVCs, which I felt and told them about, over the last month.
My cardiologists are going to discuss the leakages and decide where to go from here. They indicated that I should be aware of swelling in my ankles or abdomen and that I should report any new symptoms right away.
Any thoughts or personal experience anyone can share with me?
