UNUSUAL HEART ACTIVITY

I am a twenty-three year old female and mother of one.  Since I was about 17 I have
had spells in which my heart will suddenly begin to race and you can clearly see the tremors
from my heart beat just by looking at my shirt.  I have difficulty breathing, though I manage to
make myself take deep breaths.  I feel lightheaded, sometimes to the point where I could almost
faint.  Most spells last 2 to 15 minutes, but once when I was pregnant one lasted for an hour.
Lately, I have been experiencing a very uncomfortable aching in my chest when these spells occur.
Also, lately I sense that at times I skip a heart beat, only to have that followed by a very strong
heart beat.
If anyone finds this relevant, I've also noticed that recently most of the spells begin when I bend
over or down to do something.
I have been on a 24 hour heart monitor, which came back normal.
I am scheduled to see a cardiologist in two weeks, but was wondering if anyone could hazard a guess.
