Unexplained weight loss and fast heart rate??? please help me...

Long story but will try to make it short...
Since about a year and half ago had extreme fatigue but never got it cheked out. recently got married gained about 20 lbs. Went from 130 to 150lbs. So I decided to start exercing daily about 20mins and reduced amount of food just a little. Began exercising on May 2012 and lost weight very quickly and in June 2012 I had bowel movement changes up to 8 bowel movements a day and a lot of diarrhea and constipation.
Went to doctor had xray done and blood tests and said I only had a lot of poop stuck in intestines. blood was ok!
So I began having burning pains around belly button area every day but dealt with it at home! Since then everything got worse slowly... I began having unexplained weight loss and wasn't exercing anymore stopped around dec 2012. Hair fall out in chunks. Had lightheadedness to the point were I blacked out several times. On May 2013 took medicine for period cramps had a bad reaction to it... felt shaky, anxious, fast heart, confusion. Called ambulance said it was an allergic reaction. ever since I experience daily dizziness, lightheadedness, I feel weird like lost and scared. I feel so sick. My pulse is really high... at rest before food=80 after eating=95 to 110 while walking slowly jumps to 140.
-Had had echocardiogram, chest xray, electrocardiogram, holter monitor, stool sample, Brain MRI, Head CAT scan, all bllod work including thyroid and its all ok!  Doctor said its Generalized anxiety disorder... Could anxiety cause all this including unexplained weight loss?? Help please

hello, thanks for answering. I recently began having new symptoms that are quite odd. I am having tiny tremors all over but more in my left and right side. The tremor feels more like a vibration as if something was was slighty shaking me. I am concerned for parkinsons. I know it is rare at this age to get parkinsons but a lot of young people have been diagnosed with this. Or could it just be my anxiety or something else? The shakiness is not super strong it is barely noticeable thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Anxiety aand depression can cause a multitude of health issues including those you have mentioned. It seems you have had a comprehensive evaluation by your doctors and by your account, it has been normal. Medications and some herbal over the counter supplements/energy drinks/weight loss medications can also be associated with some of your symptoms. I would also have to comment that certain illicit drugs also are associated with symptoms if weight loss, gi complaints, and fast heart rates. I don't think any of your issues are cardiac in etiology and you may want to see a gastrointestinal or endocrine specialist in the future.
