Primary lymphoma of the brain care doctor and discuss your symptoms. There are subtle ways to try and tease out what organ or organ system may be the primary culprit.
Regarding your blood pressure, it looks like you need tighter control of your blood pressure. Unless there are contraindications (and there are not many), your blood pressure should be less than 140/90.
