VO2Max exercise stress test

I have dilated cardiomyopathy and CHF diagnosed 3/95;  my Ejection fraction has improved from below 20 to 49 since I have been taking Coreg and Vasotec;  I had 2 exercise stress tests in 1997,  in January my reading was 5.9 which prompted a referral for a transplant evaluation, where they repeated the test and said the number was 12.9;  since then after the improvement in Ejection fraction, I had another exercise stress test (cardiopulmonary) and my number was between 13 and 14, which does not seem an improvement in light of the EF increase,  what would be an average finding on that VO2 max test for a 55 year old female?  Pat
