VSD

I had a recent echo that showed the Left Ventricle Systolic and Diastolic dimensions 1.1cm less than two years ago.  Two years ago they were 5.3 and 3.8, now they are 4.2 and 2.0. What does this mean?  Different doctors read this could it be different interpatations?  I have had a VSD since birth.  I have trace regurg on two valves and mild regurg on the mitral and pulmonary valve.  One leaflet of the Aortic valve is being "sucked" through the VSD and it is slightly "thickened".
Does regurg continue to get worse over time?
My daughters pede doctor just told us she heard a murmur at her 5 year checkup.  She said it comes and goes depending on if she is lying down or setting up.  What could this be? Should it be check by a Cardio Doctor.
Thanks!
