Variant or Unstable Angina

My husband who is 62 has been diagnosed with unstable angina and his main artery is blocked. He feels ill all the time. This was diagnosed in May this year although he has been unwell for a long time.
We live in England, do you know of any specialists in this field or of any other contacts that would be useful to us here. He is not well enough to make a trip abroad.
I look forward to your reply
Thank you

He probably need coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG).  I don't know where in England you live but St. Georges in London has a very good reputation as a heart center.  Dr. Camm is a well known cardiologist there.  Perhaps some other readers on this site may have experience with other cardiologists in England.
