Variations in echocardiogram

Hello,
My question involves the range of normal values in an echocardiogram. I am a 21 year old female. I had an echo due to persistent tachycardia which is now controlled by beta blockers. On my echo it says the Mitral Valve deceleration time is prolonged at 268 msec and the E/A ratio is 2.21. My electrophysiologist did not mention this and stated the echo was normal. Why would the print out say one thing and he say another? The overall conclusion was that my left ventricle was of normal size, thickness, normal systolic and relaxation and filling pressures.  I do not have high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems or smoke. Is this an anomaly? Thank you.
