Ventricular tachycardia

I am 65 year old female.18 mths ago began to have syncopes eventually  resussitated in emergency room with ventricular tachycardia at 280 beats per minute, did not go  unconscious.After heart stabilised angiogram showed 75% blockage in circumflex artery, rest OK.Stress test OK and told heart optherwise mechanically sound.   EPI study to find electrical  fault and oblate resulted in tampanade and piercing of heart by catheter.Breast bone cut, heart repaired.(8 months ago) I am on cocktail of drugs, sotolol,doxyzosin,felodopine,inhibace aspirin plavex ( following stent of circumflex artery last mnth) SInce tamponade I am daily fatigued and exhausted and have been unable to resume work or normal life. My mobility is severely restricted by increasing leg pains.
My question is am I being overdosed on too much medicaiton-? My BP recently was 130/70 and on ecarduioloigst said I could come off the doxyzosin, however the endocrinolost ( I have daibetes, on tablets and insulin) said no and increasaed other  meds. I am trying to get back to exercise ( aquacise but am exhausted rest of day. better since stnt. Are the leg pains coused by any of the medications  Are there alternatives to the medications with less side effects. can I gradually come off the sotolol or is it there for life? The EP cardiologist has no plans to retry the oblation (ablation). LIFE EXTEND
