Vibrations in left side of chest.

About 4 months ago my wife feel some vibrations in her left side chest near rib which cause the movment of her shoulders & hands. There is slight pain also noticed in left side of chest. I consulted to cardiologest and he suggest to do echo / 2 D test, cardiogram & Chest X-ray of her heart. we done all the test and results are found normal. For further analysis he suggest to consult the chest specialist. After consultation with chest specilist he explain that this may be the symptions of Gastrectomy. He suggest test like Endoscopy, Barium test, blood check up, stomach x-ray so we further done this tests. all reports are normal but endoscopy show the loss of slight elasticity of diphragam & explained that it can be cure by medicine and no need to operate it. Accordingly we start the medicine prescribed. This symptoms of vibrations are for about 1.5 months. During that peroid she found pregnant. After 1.5 months vibrations are coming one or two in a day. At the end of 2 months. Vibrations are stop completely. But yetsterday (i.e. on 4th month of her pregnancy)  she again feel this vibrations again. It is once - two in a day. Please suggest.
