Vomiting and your heart

My son-in-law had a stent put in a few years ago for his heart. His Dr. said he needs another one,but he can't have it done because of no insurance. He has been having bad vomiting spells. He is taking his med's, but i would like to know what these spells mean. Thank you.

Has he been complaining of stomach pains? Many people take soluble or normal aspirin for heart problems and this can cause stomach ulcers. I had stomach problems, but
fortunately before it got to bad I switched to the GR variety (Gastric resistant).
