WPW Pattern and treatment

Does WPW Pattern warrant treatment or further EP study or testing? My EKG showed the pattern on a routine physical, but the only other symptoms I have ever had are PVCs here and there. Never a tachacardia. I also at times feel an accessory jumpy pulse in my neck, esp when lying on my sides at night or when I've had sugar or chocolate...if that makes any sense. My doctor is sending me for consult with and EP specialist. I just dont want to have some invasive procedure done, like an EP study when it is not necessary. Your input is appreciated! Thank you!
