Waiting for a heart attack?

I'm a 20 year old male. not exactly the healthiest of people since I do drink and smoke alot and don't eat much.
recently, I lost control during a night out. I woke up the next day all bruised up, being told that I fell down the stairs a few times.

There is this incredible pain on the left side of my chest - especially on my esophagus and when i press on it - I cannot take deep breaths because it would start to hurt when I do.
I am not sure if this is chest pain - but I have been diagnosed with anxiety mid last year that my doctor has claimed was the cause of my chest pain during that time.

I cannot help but notice that my left arm tends to numb up every now and then - and that both my left legs also get numb from time to time (without sitting in positions that would cause them to get numb).
from what I know - i was told that these were signs of a heart attack.

it's been 3 days now since I've been getting these symptoms. I do not live in my country - therefore I am not registered with a GP, in addition to it being a process that will take too long to complete, so I really hope it's nothing...

The fact the I am talking about to someone really calms me down, I do not want to tell my parents and worry them as they are too far away, nor do I know anyone here well enough to care about my health condition, even though I might not get replies - or no one would know how to reply, but thank you in advance.
