Water in the heart?

I just heard the phrase "Water in the heart" from a group of doctors.
I've studied pediactric cardiology for two years and have never heard
this phrase before.  What can the forum tell me this is related to?

Dear Iris,
Topic Area: Congenital Heart

Q:I just heard the phrase "Water in the heart" from a group of doctors.

this phrase before. What can the forum tell me this is related to?
A: This is not a standard medical term.  Perhaps it means congestive heart failure which is a failure of the pumping chamber that can lead to an increase in right sided fluid or maybe they were referring to a pericardial effusion which is an accumulation of fluid in the sack around the heart.
