Weird Stuff

Hello,
I am a 40 year old woman who smokes about a pack a day, less now as I am trying to quit. I have had several medical conditions in the last year, blood clots in my lungs, pancreitis were the worst.  I have also had polyps removed from my colon one of which was an agressive pre cancer. I also sleep with a cpap and oxygen because my oxygen levels fall very low at night when I sleep. I have been doing fine the last few months but because of those past conditions I had several tests done, including EKG's and chest xrays which came back fine except when I had my blood clots but no heart issues.

The last couple of months however I have been experiencing period bouts of extreme pain in my neck and I'm not even sure I can call it my neck as the pain is right at the base of my skull followed by very bad headaches. I went to my doctor and he believes it is a neck disk issue and put me on flexaril and a non narcotic pain med. This helps but does not totally control it.

I have lost my appetite and seem to just eat out of necessity.
Now I have started getting flu like achiness in my left arm around the same time every day. Usually between 11am and 12. It lasts for about 15 minutes to 30 minutes and then goes away but happens every day.

Any idea what this could be? Could it be heart related? My previous heart tests were fine so I'm not sure what to think. I do not experience chest pain at all.
