Weired Heartbeat

Hello,

I'm 17 years old, male. Don't drink or smoke. I have been diagnosis with redundancy MV with mild MVP,trace MR for 4 month.
I don't have heart murmur sound. Last month,I have bad pain in left chest, shoulder and my left arm in the morning and it lasted for 3-4 hours. When I laid down, I had chest discomfort and my heart had very strange sound or gurgling sensation. I'm quite sure that it is about heart because the sound happen when my heart is beating. It's hard to tell what it sounds like but If I laid down, the pain in my chest, shoulder and arms was coming back too. The sound (gurgling sensation) disappear when I sit or stand immediately. I went to hospital and the doctor listened to my chest and then he said normal but at that time I was sitting so told him to listen while I was lying down. He said abnormal but he don't sure what it was. He listened thorougly to my chest again while I was lying on my left side(I don't have this weired sensation while I lying on left or right side too) and then he said normal. My heart has no murmur sound and beat in good cyclic so I came back home. In the night I can't sleep because of pain, chest discomfort and that nuisance sound ( The sound is in my chest and no one can hear but can sense it if put hand on my chest). I went to another hospital in the next morning. He took me on EKG and Chest X-ray. Both of them are normal exept ST elevate, probably normal early repolization(It's on the top of my EKG) which wasn't appear on my previous EKG. Of cause! I have EKG during that weired sensation. I come back home and that wierd sensation disappear by itself after 3 days.
Here is my question!
I'm really wonder that If that sound can due to my mild MVP and trace MR. (I'm really afraid of it)
Does the heart valve can work improperly due to some posture of body such as lying down or leaning back but normal while standing?
This is my second time to have this. My first time is similar to this and the sound or gurgling sensation occured while I was leaning back. It happened 8 month ago but no pain. It disappeared by itself too.
What can cause this gurgling sensation and pain in left chest, shoulder and arm like this?
Now I think about spontaneous pneumothorax but it must have to see in my chest x-ray.

>>>>Redundancy MV is another name for MVP, and a trace of leakage is almost always considered insignificant.

For some insight: Mitral valve prolapse (MVP) is a condition of the mitral valve (one way opening between upper chamber and the lower pumping chamber) where the leaflets of the valve cross back into the atrium (upper chamber) of the heart during the pumping phase of the heartbeat.  It is a congenital (something one is born with) condition that may progress with age and not be detected until later in life.  Certain diet drugs (i.e. redux) may be associated with MVP.  MVP  is more common in women and has been associated (but not demonstrated to cause) with a number of symptoms such as palpitations, panic attacks and other complaints.   There may be some back-flow of blood into the atrium due to the prolapse and this is called mitral regurgitation.

>>>>The top of the ekg report is the computerized software analysis; its a tool for the doctor to further evaluate and apparently the doctor has ruled out any significance.  Early repolarization can indicate a skipped heartbeat and a skipped beat is not uncommon almost everyone has an occasional skipped beat.

The valve should not work differently with various body positions.  Sometimes a large vessel is close to the ear drum and one can ear blood flow.  There could be a hearing problem.
