What PAC's feel like.

I was diagnosed on a stress test and event monitor with PAC's. My question is everything I read talks about a compensatory pause and mine feel nothing like that. I get them resting and during exercise and they feel like a very quick flutter, like an extra beat between heart beats. This flutter can be very soft like at night, or extremely forceful like during cardio workouts. I never get a pause just this quick flutter sensation that seems to quickly take my breath for a second and I always cough.

Does this sound like your PAC? or something different.

I get PAC's and PVC's. Without watching which hiccup is which on a monitor, I'm not sure what they feel like.  I get the ka-bam with the long pause and I get the little heart flutter. Much depends on where the premature signal occurs in the cycle. Some of my PVC's are not bad, some hit me hard.

If you only get PAC's, then what you're feeling is probably a good indication of what you can expect.
