What are suggested food to lower cholesterol level and Uric acid at the same time?

Hi, I'm on my mid 30's Female and recently was advised by the doctor to control my intake due to high cholesterol and uric levels. I'm starting to feel depressed as when I research all I can see are things which I CAN'T EAT. I want to know what food I can consume instead to help me lower these and what other lifestyle changes do I need to start. Help!

Cholesterol - 6.26 mmol/L
Triglyceride - 4.66
HDL - 1.55
LDL - 2.59
Uric Acid - 428.5 umol/L

Foods rich in purines elevate blood levels of uric acid and thus are known also as high uric acid foods.
Red meat, red wine are known to increase uric acid levels.
The Acumedico website shows a list with foods with purine levels.

Foods high in cholesterol are eggs, liver, fats, fast food, etc.

Search the internet for your favorite foods and find the purine and cholesterol levels they contain. You can then make choices which foods to skip or limit.

No need to get depressed, there is still a lot of food that you can enjoy :-)
