Hi there. Was your test an ultrasound or a heart cath? Its just that the term tight is usually concerning an issue with an artery thats picked up in the Angiogram. Tight is sometimes used to describe the extent of any narrowing . I had a Heart cath and thats the term they used. I had  stents put in my LAD and all is ok. Hope this explains my experience of an explanation of the term 'tight'.

Normally aortic stenosis ir classified as mild, moderate, severe or very severe. Tight is a term that I never heard for stenosis before, but I thick that it means at least a moderate stenosis.
