I am almost 55 and at the time not as physically active as I have been in recent years. In my last check up a year ago I had an over all total cholesterol of 240, with a HDL of 96. I do show a history of heart attacks on my Mother's side of the family ( Mother (56), Uncle (60), Grandmother (57), Grandfathe (?), Brother (52) . What does this imply in my overall heart health?
