What does the angiogram report show?

Hi,
   My Dad's age is 50 and is a non smoker and healthy. two months back due to a suffocation felt in the chest was admitted in hospital and TMT showed some variations and subsequently was suggested for angiogram

initially he said there is 98% block, then he said it is 70% and later he said he has to go for angioplasty and after half hour later he said by-pass...this is about life...a doctor cannot keep on changing his opinion...pls help me with this report of angiogram and one important question cant medication alone help together with diet control adn exercise...my dad till now did not report a pain or like symptoms...

Type iii vessel : 70% eccentric stenosis in proximal segment
LAD:70% lesion after the large diagonal branch
          Diagonal D1 and D2 are small vessels with ostial stenosis
          D3 large vessel which is disease free
LCX: Normal vessel with 80% stenosis in proximal segment
         Dimunitive vessel while in the AV groov
OM:large vessel 99% occult after the origin
RCA: dominant vessel with 70% stenosis in mid segment
         60% lesion after this.
PDA and PLB: Normal and disease free
LIMA: normal vessel
LMCA:normal and disease free
        
Interpretation: Coronary artrery disease triple vessel disease
MVO cardial reveal revascularisation

Can you speak directly with the doctor?  The letters represent different branches of the coronary artery system of the heart. There are coronary vessels that are showing some blockage and only his doctor can determine the correct procedure.  You dad is probably not remembering what he was told by the doctor.  One doesn't guess when it comes to a life.
