What is the meaning about sinus arrhythmia

i am 21th years old. i am single. in 18th doctor says to me i have sinus arrhythmia, but i don't know what's that.
can you help me to explain for me about this is? i'm affraid to back to the doctor because i don't have much money for that. thank you for you're attantion

I think the doctor was trying to tell you that you are normal. A sunus arrhythmia is a normal tendency of the heart to speed up when you breath in and slow down when you breath out. Everybody has this tendency. This is normal and not a problem. In some cases if the effect is very pronouced (speeds up too much and slows down to much)they consider that a dysarrhthmia meaning your autonomic nervous system is not funtioning properly and you have a tendency to develop other arrhytmias.However, the doctor appears not to have said anything like that. Please don't worry so much.

If you ate still worried, call the doctors office and ask to speak to him more about what he said and the significance of it.
