What is this rhythm?

What is this rhythm?

Can someone please tell me thier opinion of the heart rhythm.

It is from a 21 year old healthy male with chest pain for >3 hours. He had smallpox vaccine last Tuesday. He has a history of Hypertension and at the time of assesment was 145/98.

Does anyone notice an s-t elevelation here?
What is your opinion on this strip?

This is a first -- and I appreciate the idea of posting information like this for us to see.

The rhythm strip show Sinus rhythm at 86 bpm.  J-point elevation (not ST segment elevation) is seen in the bottom strip.  J-point elevation is very common in young males, and is considered a "juvenile pattern" variant.

Let me preface what I have said by noting that a rhythm strip is not a reliable method for diagnosing a heart attack, but I don't see anything on this strip that appears concerning.
