What should I do about my heart?

I have posted on here before but I am getting so frustrated and stressed and I just don't know what to do.
I had OHS for pulmonic stenosis at 8 mnths and now at 33yrs I have severe pulmonary regurgitation.
I feel so tired all the time and the doctors up here in Canada just seem to want to drag their feet and wait until there's too much damage for repair.I am really afraid i'll die before getting surgery. These are the results from my last MRI.
RVEF    47.0      LVEF    51         Pulmonary regurgitation fraction 58%
RVSV    131       LVSV    75         Pulmonary artery  43mm
RVEDV  280      LVEDV  148
RVESV  148      LVESV   73
RV thickness 3mm    LV mass  132g
This was Dec 8,2008 and all I can remember from my previous MRI in Oct 2007 is my RVEDV was 148 and my regurgitation was 40%.I don't know what to do or who to talk to.I believe from all the clinical studies i've read that I should of had PVR last year sometime. Can anyone tell me if i'm right about that or tell me where to turn from here.
I would really appreciate any suggestions or comments.Sorry this is soo long.

Based on the fact that you have worsening symptoms, likely due to the PR, and evidence of worsening right ventricular function would certainly make you a good candidate for PV surgery.  I would recommend getting a second opinion at a tertiary care center, usually an academic hospital with a good cardiothoracic department.

The hospital i'm going to is supposed to be really good but my doctor had to fight with them to try and get me an appointment.Right now they're booking into June.My cardio got me in for March 20th but that is just to do an ECG and EKG and then they booked me for another MRI on June 8th.If I lived in the US I would have had this done last year. Just trying to find anybody who knows  or cares about pulmonary insufficiency around here is impossible and this stress is going to kill me.
