What to do if I have heart attack symptoms months before?

I have been having steady symptoms of tachycardia, shortness of breath, headache, palpitations, and vision change since early November. About two weeks ago the vision changes subsided and about a week ago my pulse was not as fast as it had been. January 14th, I began to have weakness/heaviness in my right arm. The next day it began in the left. Weakness is not as great now, but my pinky and ring finger have pins and needles in both hands. Some upper arm tingling, and sometimes my left forearm and wrist hurt. January 19th I was told I tested positive for Lyme antibodies and I was started on doxycycline hyclate 100mg twice daily. Four days ago I started having center chest pain that spreads slightly to the left and feels like burning pressure. I went to the ER and they did an EKG, x-ray, and blood work. My d-dimer was slightly high, but I had no troponin so I was told I'm not having a heart attack. I know you can have heart attack symptoms for a couple months before an actual attack. How can I find out for sure if I'm not having one? My cardiologist doesn't want to do any type of catheterization testing because of my age. We went over my holter monitor events and he said I have sinus tachycardia and skipped beat. He prescribed me Atenolol 12.5mg twice daily. Everyone is talking about my age (30), but my mother had a heart attack at 35 and another around 40. She had a few heart issues. I'm set to see a naturopath doctor in a few days because she says this is not normal (like the other doctors are saying).

So good news, bad news.  Good news is your not sick enough for anything substantial to show up on tests.  Bad news is they can't do anything until it does.
For now all you can do is the general healthier living things.  FYI, on that internet store named after a river in South America, they sell wrist cuff blood pressure monitors for about $15, as well as the fingertip O2 monitors again for about $15.  Watch for changes in weight.
