What would you do doc?

Hello,
I was a healthy 29 year old individual until last Aug 17th when I had what I thought was a heart attack. After seeing ER docs and cardiologist was told heart was fine except MVP with slight regurgitation, just needed to take antibiotics when seeing dentist.( underwent echocardiogram of heart and carotid arteries, stress test, bloodwork, 48 hour holter monitor). After all this I still felt bad(weak, especially in the morning, palitations, sporadic dizzyness,numbness..especially front of neck, chest pressure, etc. I would get scared and finally go to the ER almost every other night. Everytime had EKG which always came back fine. Finally I went to Texas Heart Institute and saw cardiologist there. Did same tests as first except not holter monitor. Same diagnosis... During my time in Texas I began to feel better and appetite came back (had lost 20lbs in 4 weeks). Now 3 months later I am much better and only have occaisional dizzyness, but I still have alot of chest pressure sometimes even making my back hurt. I thought maybe I had tore a muscle so went  to ER Friday. Did EKG which said I had 1st degree AV block. Every EKG before came back normal. ER doctor said not important and not necessary to contact cardiologist. Said that problem was indigestion. Also, my Dr. can hear MVP click now when 3 months ago could not. Could MVP be getting worse? What would cause AV block to suddenly show up? Should I have a 3rd echocardiogram or other tests? Or is this just indegestion & I need to try to chill out and not worry?
There is no history of heart disease in my family(except uncle did have heart surgery in early 30's to correct Atrial Septal Defect)
I don't smoke, now I don't even drink.
I exercise cardio and weights 30 minutes each 5-6 times a week, & I am not over weight.
