Whats going on?

i am 17 years old i have had STV (super ventricular tachycardia) for about 4 years now and never really had a big attack untill about a year  ago were my heart rate reach 289 bpm which for me was exetremly scary the doctors at resus gave me first 6 then 12 ,18 and 24 mil of adenizine (which if you have had it befor isn't plesent) and it wasn't untill about a hour and half after that wen my heart went back into normal synus rymth. after that i have been gettin attacks quite regularly like every couple of days untill about 2 months ago when i went to see a heart speciaist at hospital were they gave me the adenazine challenge and put me on flecainide which is good stuff but i have paputaions all the time and that isn't a exaguration it is all of the time day or night and when i rest my heart feels like its missin beats and feel very irregular but i know it isn't svt is there any underliing probles which come which svt or something that caould be caused by svt some other symtoms i am having a tight chest paputations chest pain fast heart rate (nothing above 130 tops) please some one answer this i carnt get a stright answer out my doctor thank you
