When to seek emergency Medical care?

Should I go the Emergency room because I having sever pain deep in the Calf of my leg?  I have not been active lately.  I have sitting in oneplace everyday doing Christmas cratfs to sell them. ALso I have been sick on top of that. This oain is hprrible when I walk or touch it. It is not warm to the touch or red and swollen. It scares me that it is a bllod clot. Wahy can I do? WHat SHoujld I do?
